4. Service Execution
- Infocura will execute its services to the best of its ability and in accordance with the agreement.
- Delivery times are indicative and not binding unless explicitly agreed upon.
- The client is responsible for providing the necessary information in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Payment and Invoicing
- Invoices must be paid within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Late payments may result in additional interest charges and collection costs.
- Any disputes regarding invoices must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
6. Liability
- Infocura is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
- Infocura is not responsible for errors or delays caused by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to Infocura’s services and content remain the property of Infocura.
- Clients may not copy, distribute, or modify materials without written permission.
8. Termination of Agreement
- Both parties may terminate the agreement with due notice as specified in the agreement.
- Infocura may terminate the agreement immediately in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
- Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If necessary, they will be submitted to a competent court in Belgium.
10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
- Infocura reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- The latest version will always be available on our website.
