As an Account and Recruitment Manager at Infocura, you serve as the bridge between our clients, their technological needs, and the talent required to deliver innovative solutions. You manage existing relationships, build new business contacts, and play an integral role in recruiting top data professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify and approach potential new clients, understand their business challenges, and offer tailored data solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Participate in the recruitment process, from identifying talent to interviewing and selecting candidates who fit our culture and technical requirements.
- Bring market insights and feedback to improve our services and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in account management and business development in a technical environment.
- Basic knowledge of data technologies and trends.
